Consumer Critique: Meat District

Our schedule gets pretty crazy during the school year - some evenings there isn't a lot of time between work and evening activities. My daughters have been learning to do a lot of the cooking, but sometimes we want something more interesting than their current repertoire.

I recently got to review some foods from Meat District . They have burgers, wings, tri-tip, and other options, many of which are preseasoned. That takes the guess work out of cooking for my daughters, and makes it very easy for her to just toss something in a pan and cook it. My husband loved grilling the burgers, and I loved that we got to try a few new flavors that I wouldn't necessarily have made.

You can buy the products online, or you can find Meat District at certain grocery stores (Hy-Vee and some Cub stores in my area). It's a little pricier than buying plain meat, but if you're a busy family who just wants to shake up the menu a bit, they can be a great option.

Meat District offers butcher-crafted, premium burgers, party wings, tri-tip, sausages, and more. With chef-inspired recipes and premium ingredients, Meat District unlocks more flavorful choices when it comes to your favorite meats. Produced and packaged locally in Los Angeles, Meat District promises all the quality and flavor without hormones or antibiotics. Meat District products can be found at all major retailers and club stores and are distributed nationally on a weekly basis.
