Often people use the New Year as a way to kick start new goals. Whether or not that's something you do, we can all use a little more self-care. Mango Publishing has a wide variety of books available that can help you recharge and refocus.
I had a chance to review this book by Polly Campbell, who decided to reclaim her core energy when she got tired of over-exhaustion and burnout. What I liked is that it's not about making earth-shattering, life-altering huge changes. It's about adding in good habits and self-care strategies, and helping restore our balance. It's also realistic - life won't always be perfect, but adding a few good things that replace some of the negative habits can have a huge difference.
