Consumer Critique: Vermont Smoke & Cure

I recently had the chance to try out a protein packed snack that's great for families on the go -  Vermont Smore & Cure’s mini sticks. They're available in Bacon, Barbeque Beef, and Turkey Pepperoni flavors. 

The snacks are not only portable, but they're also nutritious and free of antibiotics or hormones.  My kids loved the flavor, and I loved that they were getting a snack that wasn't full of sugar!

We make our meat sticks on-site in small batches at our smokehouse using natural hickory or maple hardwood chips. We balance time, temperature and humidity using smoke methodically for perfectly cooked, tender products with a touch of smoky flavor in each bite.
