Consumer Critique: The Duty Mitt

We go camping a lot, so I was intrigued by the idea of The Duty Mitt. I was happy to have the opportunity to try it out.

Really, the only thing I didn't like is that it was a single-use mitt - I'm not a huge fan of single-use products. However, the fact that it is single-use fits right in with how we'd use it. It's a way to groom your dog if baths aren't a possibility, either because of where you are or because your pet doesn't like them. Think wet wipes, but for your dog's coat. It worked well enough for our medium-sized dog, although a larger or dirtier dog might need two. It was super easy, as well - our dog thought she was just getting some extra petting and belly rubs! This would have really come in handy when we weren't allowed to give her a bath while she was recovering from our car accident, and even though I don't plan on that ever happening again, I do plan on keeping this on hand for other special circumstances when baths just won't work.
