BYJU’S, the world’s leading education technology company, recently announced a new partnership with world-renowned astrophysicist Neil deGrasse-Tyson and StarTalk that will take students on a computer coding journey through space. AfterSchool with Neil deGrasse Tyson is a new virtual course developed for kids ages 8-12 to explore the mysteries of the universe and learn to apply the basics of coding through interactive gaming applications.
The AfterSchool program will also be led in part by BYJU’S live instructors, who are skilled at teaching students at varying levels of coding expertise. Along with deGrasse Tyson, BYJU’S teachers will show students how to expand their knowledge of coding through four different space-themed courses.
This partnership comes on the heels of BYJU’S latest collaboration with deGrasse Tyson, who recently taught a course on space and the universe at the first-ever BYJU’S Summer Camp.
