I recently had a chance to review Awakening from the 3D World (A Rita Book). It's actually a follow-up to Rita's World, a two-volume book that was previously written. It comes from an interesting context - someone who crossed over and is living the life that begins when our physical life ends, and is now speaking from the non-physical world.
The book was written in a very conversational style - asking questions of Rita (now in the non-physical world) and recording her answers.
It's an interesting book to read, no matter what your perspective is on the afterlife, or the ability to communicate with people who are no longer in this world. I feel like it would have been a much more full picture had I already read the Rita's World books, but it still challenged me to think about my own beliefs about the questions posed in the book.

FRANK DeMARCO is the author of ten books rooted in 25 years of psychic exploration, including The Cosmic Internet, Afterlife Conversations with Hemingway, The Sphere and the Hologram and volumes one and two of Rita’s World. In addition to writing about his years of conversations with non-physical beings, in 2016 he began teaching others to do so in weekend workshops at The Monroe Institute in Central Virginia.
