Research has shown that CBDa extract acts on key brain centers with 1000 times the potency of plain CBD oil.
Unlike plain CBD oil, which is produced by extracting oil from a dead plant, CBD is made with Living Hemp – a rare form of hemp that is delicately produced using the whole plant and keeping it alive during the extraction process that preserves the plant’s natural molecular structure.
This results in hemp that is full of healthy fats, vitamins, naturally occurring CBDa, and beneficial phytonutrients – to restore your cellular balance and promote restfulness and rejuvenation.
I had a chance to interview Inesa Ponomariovaite, a holistic health practitioner and CEO of Nesa’s Hemp to learn more.
What is the difference between CBD and CBDa?
CBD is a molecule, not naturally found in a plant. Living plants contain only acidic cannabinoids CBDA, THCA, CBGA, and many others. In order for the CBDA to become CBD, harmful extraction processes are done for the plant and a lot of times for a consumer like using high temperatures to extract the CBD, gasses, high temperatures, solvents and many other, in my opinion, not the best practice methods. CBD is patented as a drug under food and drug administration for epilepsy. As we know, if something what’s natural, it is very hard or impossible to patent. That fact itself tells you that this CBD molecule that the market is flooded with, is not the most natural version of the hemp plant, and that’s the reason why I started Nesas Hemp. CBDA has been found to be more powerful for the human body and many other illnesses. In fact, CBDA, based on Oregon State University, was found as a preventative solution from COVID-19.
What are some of the demonstrated benefits of CBD?
Not all CBDs are made equally. Some CBDs can even cause serious side effects. Since the CBD industry is not regulated, most CBD products on the market are meant to be for sale, but not for consumption, that’s another reason why I started Nesas Hemp. A good quality full spectrum CBD or CBDA hemp oil product can bring tremendous and life changing health benefits for the human body. This plant has power to go in your body and finds imbalances and helps create balance and homeostasis. CBDA is used for pain relief, anxiety, stress, and depression. It helps activate serotonin receptors that reduce nausea as well. A lot of people see great benefits with sleep and insomnia. CBDA is also used for muscle recovery, focus, and mental clarity.
If people are concerned about potential negative effects, what should they know?
Most important thing is that they need to know that this industry has completely zero regulations so people can be selling you the snake oil and call it CBD. And there will be no FDA or any other third party making these companies accountable for what's in their bottles. Plant itself has amazing healing power but since industry is unregulated and in some cases unsafe it’s only up to the consumer to know how to choose a good quality hemp/CBD products. As a CEO of Nesas Hemp my goal is to educate as many people as possible on product safety. Your CBD products should have as minimum requirement like USDA certification and a batch number at the bottom of the bottle that links to transparent lab results that shows your product is safe from heavy metal, mercury, lead, herbicides, pesticides, mold, and many other dangerous mycotoxins. The best is, if your lab results come from FDA registered lab ACS based in Florida. This laboratory has been very strict, never misguiding a consumer just like some laboratories sometimes do. If you take a CBD product that is full of toxins, but can cause major side effects to your body, and it can be dangerous. Hemp itself is not dangerous at all, it’s just the processes like growing, extracting, and manufacturing, and even false lab results can cause side effects for people. Each person is born with an endocannabinoid system that means we, people, have receptors for this plant and this plant belongs to us, and always has been for thousands of years.
