Award-winning digital learning platform Kahilla recently announced that it has entered into a partnership with Veris Residential, Inc., a forward-thinking, environmentally and socially conscious REIT that primarily owns, operates, acquires, and develops Class A multifamily properties in support of the company’s goal to achieve 50% female representation at the management level by 2025.

The Kahilla platform will offer a digital development experience in an online community to 30 Veris Residential associates. The women participating in Kahilla programs range from entry-level to senior management and represent multiple business units, and work in a mix of corporations representing finance, tech, health, real estate, and the nonprofit sector.
