In an effort to help expectant mothers prepare for their pregnancy, and treat symptoms such as foot pain, KURU Footwear has released a report about the commonness of foot pain during pregnancy, as well as its severity and popular treatments.
The survey found that 60% of expectant mothers have had foot pain, and 68% were unprepared for the severity of foot pain they’ve experienced.

Additional Findings:
4 in 5 (81%) of expectant mothers report that their foot pain has made it difficult to participate in everyday activities.
The most common types of foot pain among pregnant women include swelling/inflammation, cramping, and persistent throbbing.
On average, expectant mothers reported experiencing foot pain between 2 and 3 hours at a time.
