Book Nook - Growing Feelings

New and first-of-its-kind, Growing Feelings helps kids understand and cope with feelings in ways that build strong friendships.

Think about a friendship rough spot you had as a child. Pretty much everyone has had at least one!
What happened?
How did you feel?
How did you handle it?

Kids' biggest feelings are often about friends. And how they handle those feelings has a big effect on whether their friendships grow stronger, continue, fade, or fall apart.

As a follow-up to Growing Friendships: A Kids' Guide to Making and Keeping Friends, we're so excited to share with you our new book: Growing Feelings: A Kids' Guide to Dealing with Emotions about Friends and Other Kids.
There are lots of children's books about emotions in general, but this is the only book that focuses specifically on feelings about friends. It covers feeling worried, jealous, guilty, disappointed… and so much more!
With silly humor and research-based tips, Growing Feelings helps kids understand, cope with, and communicate about their own and others' feelings. It equips kids to navigate those unavoidable rough spots and build happy and caring friendships.

Buy it for a child you love!
