Consumer Critique - Geomag Supercolor and Glow

 My kids love to build with different types of building pieces - Lego, Goldiblocks, Tinker Toys, and more. So they were thrilled (especially my younger), to get to try out some sets from Geomag. 

The original Geomag toys are a lot of fun for any kid old enough to know to keep toys out of their mouth (magnets can be particularly problematic when swallowed, especially if two are swallowed. The company does make a Magicube series designed for younger kids that are larger, easier to manipulate for little hands with limited fine motor skills, and safer for kids who still might explore orally.

We got to try the Supercolor and Glow sets. Both can be stored in a relatively small space due to the compact design, but can make surprisingly large creations. They're sturdy and well-made, and fit together easily, thanks to the magnetic design. The company has a variety of sets, including Glitter (no actual glitter danger, just pretty colors) and Mechanics Loops & Turns. The toys encourage creativity and problem-solving, strengthening all areas of STEAM learning.
