Caring Connections - Quality Time Survey

It's a time of year known for spending time with your loved ones, but how much do Americans prioritize quality time outside of Thanksgiving and Christmas?

A new study by Mixbook reveals nearly 3 in 4 Americans say they think their generation spends less quality time together than previous generations.

Key Findings

  • 1 in 5 Americans say just 5 minutes together is still enough to be considered quality time.
  • A majority of Americans say about 35 minutes is the minimum amount of time together to be considered quality time.
  • 7 in 10 Americans say they sometimes lack the energy to spend quality time they want with someone.

To see what activities Americans consider quality time, read the full report here.
