 Nonprofit Road Scholar serves 80-100,000 adults over 50 each year. This pool of people offers a valuable wealth of data and information that can illuminate trends in the interests and behavior of senior travelers.

They have just completed a study using data from our pool of participants, focusing on the community of 20-30,000 solo senior who travel with us annually. A fascinating trend emerged from this data study: the majority of seniors who travel solo are married but travel without their spouses.
