- More than 1 in 10 parents say their child is still reading below average for their age
- Nearly 30% of parents struggle to get their child to read at home
- Nearly 1 in 6 parents say their child has a learning disability, and data shows half of those students were diagnosed in 2022 or 2023
Tutoring is the #1 way parents are combating their child’s learning loss, but 23% say they want to see additional days added on to the school year and 17% want to eliminate summer break.
