Sometimes it can be hard for people to hang on to happiness, confidence, and well-being. I recently had a chance to review a devotional book geared for teens and young adults - Sunny Days Ahead. The book contains 150 devotions that take just a short time to go through but help promote a positive outlook.
Although the book is geared for teens and young adults, it would really work for mature tweens as well - and honestly is a decent reminder for adults too! It was a good additional to our family devotion time, helping our family reflect on positive experiences and strengthening characteristics like resilience.
The reflections are general enough to be enjoyed by people from a variety of denominations and to be tailored to a variety of personal backgrounds, touching on universal experiences and allowing readers to use their own personal reflections and experiences as well. It's a great little book and I'm looking forward to using it in the coming months!
