Multitalented artist Jenna Kellogg has delivered two debut singles as she embraces the spotlight. “The Same Way” is an original penned by Kellogg and “Lovely” by Billie Eilish. Both songs are available on all digital and streaming platforms HERE.
“I have been working on music since I was nineteen years old. I first went to Nashville in 2010 and since then, I have been constantly working on my voice and my craft. My dream is to go further in the industry, record more music, and finally have the success that I have worked so hard for.”
“Working with Jenna is always fun. She is very driven and knows exactly how she wants her music to sound,” stated Producer Matt Smile.
"The Same Way" delves into unreciprocated love, exploring feelings of inadequacy and rejection. Inspired by personal experiences, the song aims to resonate with listeners who've felt similarly. With a rock-infused, edgy sound, it channels raw emotions and reflects on a lifetime of feeling unworthy due to repeated rejection.
The music was recorded at Audioasis studio in Bristol, Tennessee. Production and mastering, as well as mixing and mastering, were provided by Matt Smile.
Driven by a profound emotional connection and admiration for Billie Eilish, Jenna covered the song "Lovely." Finding solace in Eilish's music amid battles with depression and anxiety, the decision to record in a serene studio setting was akin to finding comfort at home. With hopes of providing solace to others facing similar mental health struggles, the cover mirrors the therapeutic essence of Eilish's music.

AboutJenna Kellogg:
Jenna Kellogg grew up in South San Francisco where she was surrounded by the loving care of her parents, Sandi, who worked in customer service for UPS, and Bob Kellogg, a skilled carpenter and part-time drummer for various bands. At the tender age of six, Jenna's family relocated to Johnson City, TN, which would spark her passion for acting upon witnessing the Easter play "Peter Cottontail." From that moment, Jenna immersed herself in acting lessons and threw herself into theater, shaping her formative years with the magic of the stage.
By the time she reached eleven, Jenna's interests had expanded to encompass music, influenced by her father's affinity for classic rock and her own fondness for pop melodies. She honed her talents in dance at Julia Hamilton's Studio for Dance and Arts over the span of five years while simultaneously pursuing voice and acting lessons. Throughout high school, Jenna dedicated herself to music, actively participating in the chorus group and enriching her musical knowledge daily.
Upon graduating high school at seventeen,, Jenna embarked on her musical journey in Nashville. She embarked on a creative odyssey, writing and recording music that culminated in completing a five-song EP by October 2010. Despite encountering hurdles in the music industry, Jenna has remained undeterred in her artistic pursuits, finding solace in acting roles in film and television productions.
The renowned Kellogg's Frosted Flakes originates from Jenna's great-great-grandfather and great-great-uncle, who embarked on creating the iconic cereal brand together as brothers. For generations, it remained a beloved family enterprise until a dispute arose regarding the frosting applied to the flakes, leading to a significant rift within the family and altering the course of the business.
In 2022, Jenna took a significant step forward in her career by self-releasing two singles. "Lovely," a soulful cover originally performed by Billie Eilish, and "The Same Way," a poignant track penned by Kellogg herself, showcasing her versatility and depth as an artist. These releases mark yet another milestone in Jenna Kellogg's journey, as she continues to carve her path in the world of music and entertainment with unwavering determination and passion.
