Methodology: The research was conducted by Online Gaming Company to identify the top US states for the best sleep. Google Keyword Planner was used to analyze the interest in various sleep-related searches, such as "insomnia," in each state. In addition, factors such as Quality of Life, Depression Index, Air Quality, as well as Obesity percentage were obtained from official sources such as Statista, World Population Review, and other governmental sources. The scores were normalized, and a composite score for all of these factors was created to rank the states from the best state for sleep to the worst.
