Consumer Critique - KendaKids Shake

My daughter just had her wisdom teeth out, so it was the perfect time to get to review new KendaKids nutritional shake (now available at Target).

When my kids were little, they were pretty picky. And with it being difficult for my daughter to eat certain foods after her oral surgery, we also appreciated having a great-tasting way to boost nutrition. KendaKids nutritional shake is made with no added sugar, whole milk, and real fruit, plus contains probiotics. It's fortified with essential vitamins and minerals, and also contains plant-based DHA Omega-3, designed to support brain and eye health.

It also tastes great. It comes in chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry flavors, and my daughter loved the taste of all three. She's pretty texture-oriented and also can be a little finicky when it comes to things that taste "almost like" what she's used to, but she loved all three flavors. Honestly, even though my kids are older, we'll definitely get more, especially for long fencing meet days when it's hard to eat right!

KendaKids is redefining kids nutrition by going back to basics with our whole milk base. Unlike other brands that construct their nutrient profiles using protein powders, free sugars, and 100% oils, we begin with the natural goodness of whole milk. Using whole milk allows KendaKids to avoid adding sugars like corn syrup and maltodextrin, which can spike blood sugar. Instead, the naturally occurring lactose in milk is digested more slowly, offering a steady release of energy and a gentler rise in blood sugar. Sourced from grass-fed cows on European family farms, the whole milk base delivers essential fats, proteins, carbohydrates, and nutrients in their purest form, supporting healthy growth and development as nature intended.
