I had a chance to see a copy of this book, and honestly, I think it's a fun cookbook even if you don't do Elf on the Shelf. The recipes are adorable with fun holiday themes, appropriate for anyone with a sense of wonder and whimsy (and the mini variations are so much fun - and pet-sized too, with appropriate ingredient modifications).

The recipes cover a good range - plenty of sweets, but also recipes appropriate for breakfasts and savory meals, too. It's a fun seasonal cookbook!
