My Rewards Pal offers parents, grandparents and teachers a new reward system to encourage empathy, kindness and respect. Each My Reward Pal comes with a plush, storybook lesson and reward tokens. Each time a child performs a positive action or behavior relating to the lesson taught by the set, they can insert a token into the plush. These tokens can be reused over and over again to continue showing positive behavior. Once they collect all the tokens, they can exchange them for a reward. Each animal in the collection has a special focus that is described in the storybook that accompanies it.
