Book Nook - Move, Rest, Recover: A Workbook

 Move, Rest, Recover is designed to be a guide to help you balance mind and body. The book, which I recently got to review, makes a case for why we need rest, pointing out that even if activities like working out rejuvenate you, nothing is a perfect substitute for true rest.

However, the book also points out that rest can be done anywhere, anytime - even with just a minute or two. With prompts, practical advice, specific yoga poses, and more, this book provides a framework for rest.

The book also encourages readers to mark and highlight passages, bookmarking what really resonates - and even includes pre-circled key points to help readers get started with that. It's a great book for those who are bad at taking time for themselves, as well as those who know that they should, but just don't know how.
