Music Minute - Guilty Pleasures Nashville

Nashville’s longest-running tribute band, Guilty Pleasures Nashville, announces a countdown to their final performances over the next year, celebrating 25 years in Nashville. Working in conjunction with 3rd & Lindsley’s 35th Anniversary adds an even more meaningful end to such an incredible career. As they have over the years, plans include surprise guest artists and a meet-and-greet after-party at a local, established venue, as well as new merch. More information coming soon.

In conjunction with the band’s 25th anniversary, Nashville-based Penumbra Entertainment is producing a feature-length documentary that will chronicle the band’s 25-year journey. It will feature performances, as well as interviews with band members and fans. Producers Mark Mosrie and Chris Hollo are gathering fan stories through the “Guilty Pleasures Confessional”, a video booth that will be set up at every Guilty Pleasures show. Fans are encouraged to attend the shows and share their stories for consideration in the upcoming documentary.

Another special project in the works is a 25th Anniversary memory book where fans, venues, and media outlets are invited to submit stories, photographs, and video to gpscrapbook@gmail.com.

The following dates are currently scheduled. Watch for ticket on-sale dates coming soon. Tickets for the June 21st show at 3rd and Lindsley are available now HERE.

“Spending 25 years as one of Nashville’s most popular party bands means a lot to us, and we plan to honor that legacy. Every chapter eventually closes, and we feel grateful for the chance to show love and appreciation to our fans, to each other, and to everyone in the Guilty family as we celebrate this milestone. We want our final shows to serve as a love letter to all of you. Let’s go out with a bang,” band member Tommy Keenum exclaimed

About Guilty Pleasures Nashville:
For over 24 years, Guilty Pleasures has been Nashville’s go-to celebration of the best pop and rock hits from the ’70s, ’80s, and early '90s—served up with a wink, a whole lot of talent, and an all-in commitment to fun.
What started in 2001 as a one-off show at East Nashville’s legendary Slow Bar—under the name Girls, Girls, Girls—quickly evolved into a full-blown phenomenon. Co-founded by local music icon Mike Grimes, the band became a staple of the city’s club scene, selling out venues like 3rd & Lindsley, Mercy Lounge, Cannery Ballroom, and The Basement East. Whether it’s a “typical” high-energy night or an unforgettable cameo with stars like Tiffany or Journey’s Jonathan Cain, Guilty Pleasures makes every show feel like an arena concert packed into a club.
More than just a cover band, Guilty Pleasures helped spark Nashville’s modern tribute-band boom—delivering faithful renditions of hits like “Total Eclipse of the Heart” and “Freedom!” with authenticity and flair. With a rotating roster of some of the city’s finest musicians—including pros who’ve toured with Meat Loaf, Patty Griffin, the Chicks, and Prince—the band is as musically legit as it is wildly entertaining.
From their first show in the wake of 9/11 to their upcoming anniversary celebration, Guilty Pleasures has remained true to one mission: Play the songs they love, play them right, and make sure everyone in the room is having the time of their lives.
