Consumer Critique - 41 Grains Zesty Fish Batter Mix

 My kids like fish - any kind of fish, plain, breaded, baked, fried, anything. I always like to try to change things up a bit, so I was happy for the chance to try out Zesty Fish Batter Mix from 41 Grains.

Fish is already a healthy source of protein, and the mix adds even more protein from chickpeas. The flavor is very satisfying, with a blend of spices that were perfect for the types of fish we tried it on (cod and tilapia). I'm guessing it would work well with a variety of other fish types too. The batter gave the fish a satisfying crispy outside that made it disappear too quickly! The mix is gluten-free, which meant we didn't have to worry about making separate meals for my daughter's GF friend.
