Tech Time - Digital Detox Survey

 A new nationwide survey uncovered a growing shift away from constant connectivity: 41% of Americans say they’re actively reducing social media use in 2025. Another 16% have already quit at least one app this year.


To manage screen time, 1 in 4 now use phone blockers—while many still log nearly two hours per platform, per day.

Younger generations are also trending towards more community oriented apps, like Discord, Substack, and Reddit.
