Book Nook - Santa Comes, Santa Goes

A timeless tale that makes the perfect literary precursor to the festive season (but which can also be enjoyed at any other time of the year), Santa Comes Santa Goes is made all the more compelling on learning it was penned by a true Santa believer, aged just six.

Written in 1996 and published in 2000, Santa Comes Santa Goes shares the story of Azzers and his rhyming conversation with a very cantankerous and grumpy Santa. Bursting with the unencumbered imagination of a youngster, and beautifully brought to life by the hand painted illustrations of Nausikaa Finch, Santa Comes Santa Goes is a story that every child can relate to – has Santa got it right when it comes to presents on Christmas morning? And, just like Elf, is a story that will be revisited for many years to come.

Synopsis:

Christmas is coming and children everywhere are so excited. What is a child's worst nightmare? ..... Horrible presents from a miserable Santa. Will the child convince Santa to be nice to him or will he end up with some duff old presents?

Independently published, Santa Comes, Santa Goes is available in softcover from the author’s website at https://santacomes.co.uk/
