I recently had a chance to see the Candy Land® Candy Crafting Kit by Shark Tank's Cricket’s Candy Creations ($49.99) – The kit helps families bring the nostalgia of Candy Land to life with this edible activity kit that’s part craft, part candy, and all fun. Families can create and play inside their favorite candy-themed game board, making it a standout gift for kids (and parents who grew up loving the game).
We enjoyed the kit - it was a fun treat, and good for a lot of laughs. Although I actually didn't love the game growing up, I did like the colors and the candy-themed areas on the board. I think my friends and I had more fun making up stories using the board than actually playing the game! So this kit was a fun way to recreate that imaginative part of play. It was easy to use, and fun to do a gingerbread house type of activity without it being tied to any particular season.
