Book your sunlounge early because it fills up.
-VIE L’VEN: THIS is one to watch. It’s still under development at the moment but it’s nestled in a protected cove along a gorgeous stretch of beach and will soon be St. Maarten’s most luxurious property. The model room was stellar with soothing tones and luxe touches and this enclave of suite-style accommodations will be paired with a gorgeous spa and elevated dining options in partnership with a celebrated chef. Stand by!
-CREOLE COOKING SCHOOL: Delightful cooking classes run by an always-smiling chef, Anna who hails from Hungary and has quickly developed unique recipes that follow along the island’s vibe. Her culinary studio is beautifully decorated, her schedule is flexible and she loves bringing people together so they can bond over food.
-PYRATZ: Such a wonderful daytime experience or even an overnight charter to nearby islands like Anguilla or St. Barths! A luxe catamaran journey that is available for day sails which is most popular, where you head out to snorkel, explore and be spoiled by fresh gourmet cuisine prepared onboard with a gorgeous wine pairing experience.
-TORTUGA: If you want that iconic photo of the 747 flying right above your head, then sit at this seaside bar & eatery at Maho Beach where the planes from small to large feel like they are grazing your hairline and the Instagrammable photos are just begging to be taken and shared. They even have a board on the wall that tells you when everything is arriving and taking off so you can get set up!
-INDIGO BEACH RESTAURANT: Chill, private, stylish with a Euro petit beach club feel- serving up chilled glasses of rose overlooking the beach and delivering a feeling of being a thousand miles away from anyone and anything.
-PORTO CUPECOY: An Italian-inspired complex with a piazza in the center, framed by a selection of unique restaurants serving a variety of cuisines from local to Italian to Middle Eastern and more…a not so hidden gem for those that want to stay away from the traffic and the hustle + bustle of Maho and Phillipsburg.
