I've previously had a chance to try out eggwraps from Crepini, a great gluten-free option that adds a unique flavor to lunchtime. Recently, I had a chance to check out their new protein pancakes.
These were amazing! Both of my kids have been wanting an option that has a higher protein content, and the whole family loves pancakes. We got to try several varieties, including vanilla and chocolate chip, and they were a hit with everyone. They are a little denser than traditional pancakes, but they still have a great taste. They taste fine either hot or cold, with a topping or plain. Each serving has 18 grams of protein, which helps make it a more satisfying breakfast option. They come fully cooked, made with simple ingredients: eggs and cottage cheese, ricotta, or Greek yogurt.
Crepini's products fit a variety of dietary needs. All are GF and Keto-friendly, and several are dairy-free and paleo.
Interested? You can find a store near you, or, if you live in an area without an in-store option (like I do) you can shop online. (Coming soon - availability at Sprouts and other stores nationwide).
