Consumer Critique: Cover Plug

I recently ran across CoverPlug, a way to block up your outlets that varies from traditional methods. CoverPlug is a paintable cover that completely hides the outlets, making them much less noticeable.

Advantages:
- paintable, so it can blend seamlessly into the wall
- completely covers outlets so babies and toddlers don't notice them
- much harder for babies to get out than little plastic plugs since there's less to grab on to

Disadvantages:
- completely covers outlets, so you can't use either plug-in
- not as easy to find in stores

These covers would be perfect for outlets that are visible and not used very often, especially the outlets in the nursery or places where toddlers play on a regular basis. They're worth the extra effort of not just being able to pick them up at your local store! CoverPlugs can be found at many online retailers and from some childproofing stores. They can also be found at Amazon.com (sold by one of the stores in CoverPlug's list).

I will be including several CoverPlugs in this month's giveaway, so be sure to enter when it gets posted!
