SurfBounty is a GPT site. You get an automatic $5 for signing up, $2 for referring members, and anywhere from $0.50 to $11.00 for completing offers. Most offers pay between $0.50 and $2.00.
If you sign up, use a separate email for it. With many of the offers it's easy to get sucked into a spam trap, so you'll want to make sure it's separate from other emails. However, the offers are really quick to complete, so if you don't mind sorting through the spam you can make a couple bucks at a time in just a few minutes.
