Mealtime Magic: Veggies

Family Fun magazine had a great article (written by Mande Mischler at Food Our Families Like) about getting kids to try new vegetables. She takes vegetables and serves them up in a new way. Then her kids put on blindfolds and try a bite, being as descriptive as they can, and coming up with a new name for the vegetable dish.
