Parenting Pointer: Household Clutter

Instead of putting your kids' stuff away, or nagging them about it, keep a household lost and found. If you find something where it doesn't belong, put it in the designated bin. If kids come asking you where it is, then they know where to look. To help cut down, you could institute a "penalty" such as a quarter, or TV time, or whatever works for your household.
