Thrifty Thinking: Spa Day?
Instead of going to the spa, declare one weekend day or afternoon to be "perk-up time." Sleep in and have your husband take care of the kids for a few hours. Let yourself take a bubble bath or long hot shower. Carve out just two hours where you do something for fun, not out of obligation. You'll feel just as relaxed and re-energized as if you'd gone out to a spa, and it's much cheaper.
