Healthy Habits: FFF Materials

On Families Flu Vaccination Day (January 13th), part of the CDC’s National Influenza Vaccination Week, Families Fighting Flu (FFF) launched a Be a Flu Free Family social media campaign to help educate and families about the seriousness of influenza and the importance of vaccination. This campaign included a short animation and a downloadable coloring book. I received a few hard copies as well, which will be distributed in some of February's giveaway packages. When deciding whether or not to get your family vaccinated each year, it's important to look at information from a variety of sources, included FFF and the CDC.
