Time Tidbits: Mood Booster

Listen to Baroque music (think Bach). Researchers found that it improved the mood of those who listened. Best thing: you can listen to music no matter what you're doing.

I've actually found that, for me, bluegrass has the same effect. If you have a particular genre of music that lifts your spirits, then listen to it periodically:)
