Use a seven-day pill organizer to keep earrings and charms organized. You can either leave the tops on, or cut the tops off and set them instead a larger basket or jewelry box. By keeping only one or two pairs of earrings inside, or one necklace charm, you'll easily be able to find what you're looking for. This also makes a good storage option for tie tacks and small pins.
