Contest: Dove Ice Cream

Dove Ice Cream is hosting a great new "My Mini Moment" contest. To enter, you need to share your favorite "mini moment" of escape. There are three possible "mini-grand" prizes - "mini-getaway" to Napa Valley, spa services for a year, or a "mini-home makeover." To be eligible, you need to submit a photo and a short essay about your mini-moment of escape. The deadline is June 7th, 2010.

The contest is sponsored by Dove Ice Cream Miniatures, which have rich ice cream wrapped in real Dove chocolate. At only 70 calories each, they're a great little treat with very little guilt. There's a new Café Collection which features Java Chip and Cappuccino Flavors.

Dove Ice Cream Miniatures surveyed over 400 mothers. Of those, 70% take time for themselves each day. Do you? I know I typically fall in the 30% that doesn't, but I really do cherish the time when I do. Everyone has a different definition of "me time" and even if you can only take that in "mini" chunks, it's still important. So whatever you do, if it's 10 minutes of Facebook, letting yourself take a long hot shower in the morning, or just closing your eyes and breathing deeply, submit it for a chance to win.
