Healthy Habits: Sun Burn

Here's another good way to soothe your sunburn. You can actually use skim milk (you can dilute it in equal parts with water if you'd like). Make sure to use cool, and not super cold, and apply it to a piece of gauze or cloth to help you apply it to the skin. It's cool, which provides some relief. The milk protein creates sort of a film on the skin and protects it. Of course, you should try to avoid sunburn in the first place!
