Consumer Critique: Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse Test Drive

As I noted last week, I'm currently trying out the Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse. I first tried it a week ago, and I really like it. The mint flavor isn't really super strong, but it's pleasant, and there's no tingle. I did miss it the first time I tried this kind, but I got used to it. I think it's a lot easier to incorporate this rinse into an oral care routine, especially for someone not used to using mouthwash, for that very fact - that there isn't any tingle or burn. It still leaves my mouth very fresh feeling.

I'm improving my own oral care routine as well, by following the directions and using it after brushing. It says not to eat afterwards for 30 minutes (like when you go to the dentist as a kid and get the fluoride put on), but that's pretty easy to do at night! I find it's actually really great to use after brushing and flossing, to make sure to rinse away anything that the floss loosened up but left behind. I haven't noticed significant changes in my oral health yet, but (a) I only started it a week ago, and (b) I already used mouthwash once a day. I think the biggest change it makes to use mouthwash at night after brushing is having much fresher breath in the morning, so that's a definite plus!
