Healthy Habits: Germ Prevention (and giveaway)

Lysol makes a wide variety of products for cleaning and disinfecting the home. They also manufacture odor neutralizers, although I haven't used those much. Lysol products kill nearly all germs on surfaces, when used correctly, including salmonella, rotavirus, and campylobacter. They make products for any room in the house, and I think the best is just the all purpose 4-in-1, because it's so versatile and easy to use. I don't feel the need to have a variety of separate cleaners if I have one that performs so well.

By now, kids have been back to school for almost two months, and we're getting into the cold and flu season. Lysol has started a campaign focused on preventing the spread of illnesses called Mission for Health.

The site has sections that focus on schools and new moms, as well as disaster relief. There are also sections devoted to both healthy homes and healthy families. In the Lysol community you can share healthy tips and ask experts your health and disinfecting questions. And, of course, you can get special offers on Lysol products.
