Healthy Habits: Toothbrush Replacement

Make sure you're replacing your toothbrushes often enough. Don't just wait until the bristles are frayed. The older a toothbrush is, the more bacteria can grow, plus, it becomes less effective. Change it every three months. We do ours on the months divisible by 3 for an easy reminder (March, June, September, December).
