Soul Sustenance: De-stressing

This week, try adding some of these de-stressing habits. See how long you can keep them up - and how good you feel!

- Go to bed 10 minutes earlier.
- Make media use intentional. If you don't plan on watching a show, don't - avoid mindless channel-surfing.
- If you catch yourself complaining, stop.
- Write down your stressors. If there's a pattern, see if there's something ou can eliminate or change.
- Avoid gossip. Remember the saying, "If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all." Reframe things constructively.
