It's amazing what little kids imitate from others, whether it's words, actions, or just little expressions. The biggest thing in my daughter's preschool right now is the "You're not my best friend" line. Anytime I tell her to do something she doesn't want to do, that's what I hear. Right now I'm just making sure to show her I love her anyway, telling her, "I don't need to be your best friend, I'm your mother and I'll always love you best." Saying and showing love is one of the best examples you can give your kids, and one of the best examples I got from my mother.
The National Milk Mustache got milk? campaign is celebrating mothers and positive role models with a new interactive section on the got milk? Facebook page, where they encourage readers to create their very own milk mustache picture, watch the video about Moms, and send an e-postcard to someone they love. Be sure to like the page if you and your family recognize the importance of milk and dairy products in your diet! It's easy to do, even if your kids don't like plain milk. Flavored milk is better than no milk at all, and yogurt and cheese are also foods that are often well-liked by kids.
“I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of the National Milk Mustache got milk? Campaign and received a promotional item to thank me for taking the time to participate.”
