Healthy Habits: Sneaky Fitness on the Road

Here are a lot of easy ways to sneak some extra activity into your travel excursions.

- Walk around the airport while waiting for your flight.
- Use stairs instead of escalators and regular walkways instead of moving ones.
- Stand while waiting for the bus or train.
- On car trips, get outside and walk for 15 minutes whenever you stop at a rest stop.
