I recently had the opportunity to try out New Chapter dietary supplements. New Chapter has been around for thirty years, and through that time, they've remained committed to using whole food supplements (as opposed to synthetic chemical isolates). They're committed to using organic ingredients - and to go one step further, being as sustainable as possible. In fact, the farm in Costa Rica, Finca Luna Nueva, is a model for sustainable farming practices, and the home offices in Vermont recycle, compost, or reuse 85% of their waste.
The company has a whole range of supplements, including multi-vitamins, targeted vitamins and nutrients (such as CoQ10 or Zinc), herbal therapeutic supplements, fish oil (Wholemega that contains omega 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9), probiotics, and even mushroom supplements! Their dedication to quality and science leads them to form partnerships with research institutions like Columbia University, The Cleveland Clinic, and the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. Plus, they have a nifty online supplement advisor, developed by Dr. Taryn Forrelli, New Chapter's Director of Medical Education.
The supplements were easy to take. And I really like the sustainable focus the company has. I'm definitely adding New Chapter to my short list of acceptable supplement brands!
Disclosure: I received samples of New Chapter supplements to facilitate this review.
