I'm not sure if this qualifies as modern, but I'm trying to juggle motherhood, work, and life, but I'm learning to delegate to my husband and anyone else who volunteers and at times, I pay more for convenience so that I can maintain my sanity. I think my mom and moms of her generation handled everything themselves with little outside help.

My advice... accept what is, make the best of it and don't feel guilty.
ReplyDeleteWe aren't living in our parents era where you would stay home with your kids. Sometimes today you have to work outside the home and balance way more than is truly possible. You have to just go with the flow and enjoy what you have.
