Nokia has recently launched their first windows phone, the Nokia Lumia 710 (currently available only on T-Mobile).
If you have trouble figuring out the new phones, you'll like this - a new program called SmartStart, in which new Nokia Lumia 710 users can set up time for a one on one usage tutorial with an expert to assist you in the setup process. You can also personalize it using colored backs.
The phone is designed to be affordable, and still accomplish everything users want. The people hub makes it easy to connect with Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. It has a scratch-resistant display (great for those with toddlers) and is designed to provide good outdoor viewing (which it does) and quick processing (which it also does). I like the camera, too. It's got good processing speed and works in nearly any light condition, so I don't have the problems with kids running out of the picture quite as much as my older phone (it's still not as good as a fast digital camera, but it's close). It's easy to upload and share those photos to social networks too.
It also has some good apps loaded, including Groupon, Nokia Drive, Fandango, and Office Notes - all very helpful - and has a solid amount of apps available for download through the Windows Marketplace, including apps from Sesame Workshop that are exclusive to the Nokia Windows Phone. The price is great - it starts at $49.99 - so it's a good, affordable option.
To enter the giveaway, leave a comment with how the phone could simplify your life. For an extra entry, re-tweet or post about this giveaway/review on Facebook or your blog and post the link in a separate comment. Deadline is May 15th.
Disclosure: I received a Nokia Lumia 710 and temporary T-mobile account to facilitate this review.
