Each page was a mini history and science lesson. My 3-year-old wasn't interested for long, but my 5-year-old was fascinated. The book would be appropriate for older kids, too, with the amount of information it contains.AZ Books publishes several types of books. They have tons of pop-up books, a selection of electronic books (including fairytales and Spanish learning), a series of encyclopedias like the book I got, and then several different types of activity and craft books suitable for kids in many different age groups. Every book has a suggested retail price of less than $20. The international line has books in 32 languages and is aimed at kids from birth through age ten.
