If you're like me - or countless other people - you remember the Boxcar Children®. And that's no surprise, since there are over 50 million copies of the 100+ titles in print. Hammerhead Productions is scheduling an animated movie, which will be released in 2013. In conjunction with Albert Whitman & Company, they're hosting a contest where one lucky person (aged 5-14) could win a small voice part in the animated DVD.
The contest runs through October 31st, 2012 at 11:59 pm (CST). One winner will be selected at random from all complete entries. You can enter online or via Facebook or Twitter. Complete instructions and rules can be found here.

Fill out the registration form, including a one line (25 words or less) answer to the question, “What is your favorite scene from The Boxcar Children?” Entry form must be completed by the parent or legal guardian of the participating child. There is a limit of one entry per child participant. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Contest registration is free. The winner’s role will be taped in late Fall 2012 to Spring 2013 and will be within driving distance of the winner’s home. Only persons residing in the United States may enter.
