I had a chance to try out the Purex plus Oxi detergent. It is Purex's most powerful detergent, and can easily be used as a stain remover too - simply put a little detergent on the stain to pretreat. You don't need a separate pretreater! It works great in high-efficiency washers, and really does a good job getting my grubby kids' clothes clean!
